CareBridge Compliance (KPS IT Consultancy Pty Ltd, ABN: 21683773122) collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

The free readiness scorecard on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and score are not transmitted, stored or tracked by us.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, deliver the services you engage us for, issue invoices, and send renewal alerts you have subscribed to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client documents to market to third parties.

How we store and protect it

Documents are exchanged through access-controlled cloud folders with two-factor authentication, restricted to personnel working on your engagement (including any subcontracted specialists, who are bound by confidentiality obligations). We delete client documents 90 days after an engagement ends unless you ask us to retain them or the law requires it. Our website form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our business email.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information only: to subcontractors delivering your engagement; where you direct us to (for example, forwarding evidence to your chosen auditor); or where required by law. Some of our service providers (such as cloud hosting) may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure equivalent protection.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@kpsitconsultancy.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
