By accessing or using this website and the CareBridge platform ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, the CareBridge name and branding, training materials, course content, matching methodology, and software — is owned by or licensed to CareBridge Australia and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

You may use the Platform to register as a care worker, make provider enquiries, access purchased training, and learn about our services. Any other use requires our written permission.

3. Accounts and information

Information you submit must be accurate and complete. Submitting false qualifications, identity details, or credentials is grounds for immediate removal from the Platform and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Training content

Purchased training is licensed to you personally for your own use. You may not share login access, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content. The licence is non-transferable and revocable on breach.

5. No migration advice

Content on the Platform is general information only and does not constitute migration advice. Specific visa advice is provided only by registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners. You should not rely on general information as advice for your individual circumstances.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, CareBridge excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

7. Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorised copying of our Platform, brand, and content, and will pursue available remedies including takedown notices, domain disputes, and legal action for copyright and trade mark infringement and misleading or deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
